These Terms of Service govern your use of our App.

By using our App, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

• Acceptance of Terms: By using The "Box Fan Sounds (White Noise Maker)" App, users agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
• User Accounts: Currently, the App is designed for a user to authenticate and subscribe via an Apple Inc. ID account and subscription. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities under their account.
• App Usage: Users are permitted to use the App to listen to box fan noises. Users may not reverse engineer the App, use it for illegal purposes, or engage in any prohibited activities.
• Intellectual Property: All intellectual property related to the App is owned by CSTE Enterprises (a U.S.-based company). Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App.
• Payments & Financial Transactions: Transactions are handled via the users’ Apple Inc. ID account. Users are responsible for any applicable fees and ensuring their payment information is up to date. No refunds will be provided for partial or unused subscriptions. A user can cancel anytime! A new user will be given four options when subscribing via their Apple Inc. ID account:

1. A recurring subscription that charges $0.99 per month.
2. A recurring subscription that charges $10.99 per year.
3. A subscription that includes a 3-day free trial period. At the end of the 3-day free trial period, the user will be charged $0.99, then charged $0.99 per month thereafter.
4. A subscription that includes a 3-day free trial period. At the end of the 3-day free trial period, the user will be charged $10.99, then charged $10.99 per year thereafter.

• Privacy & Data Protection: We collect user data when you use the Contact Us form on our App or website. Refer to the Privacy & Data Policy for more details on data collection and protection.
• Cookies: This App does not utilize Cookies. However, usage of our website requires Cookies for some attributes of the website to work properly. Navigate to the Cookies page to see how our website utilizes them.
• Limitation of Liability: CSTE Enterprises (a U.S.-based company) is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the App.
• Termination: We may terminate or suspend access to the App at our discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users.
• Change of Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be notified of any changes through the App, this webpage, or by other means.
• Restoring Purchases: If you have previously subscribed to the "Box Fan Sounds" App, and need to restore your subscription after reinstalling the app or switching to a new device, your subscription can be restored through your Apple ID. Since the subscription is linked to your Apple ID, there is no need for an in-app “Restore Purchases” option.
• Restore Your Subscription: Go to Settings on your device > Tap your Name at the top of the screen to open your Apple ID settings > Select Subscriptions > Locate the "Box Fan Sounds" App > Confirm that your subscription is "Active".  Once you reinstall the app, your subscription will automatically be restored as long as you are logged in with the same Apple ID that you used to purchase the subscription.
